Frequently Asked Questions Regarding LilSweetHearts Photo Products The Fine Print We can work with most pictures, but for best results pictures should be similar quality, focus and lighting. Remember the quality of the final wedding photo is affected by the quality of the photos you send us. We can repair minor damage caused by cracks, scratches, fading and age, but if the original picture was poorly lit or focused it will have a negative impact on your final picture. Facial clarity is most important, make sure facial details are clear and visible. Different sizes are fine, but try not to select photos that are too small. It's much easier to reduce size than it is to increase it. Jpgs and gifs should be at least 300 dpi. Feel free to send your pics for evaluation to sue@afavor4u.com FAQ's How do I order?
Can we send more than one picture of the bride and groom? Yes, it's a good idea to send a couple of choices each of the bride and groom. Do the pictures have to be the same size? No, we will size them. It is best not to start with pictures that are too small. We don't have a scanner. Can we mail pictures to you? Yes. Pictures can be mailed to: AFavor4U 34 Shunpike Road Suite 3, Box 102 Cromwell, CT 06416 Will we get our pictures back? Send along a self addressed stamped envelope if you want your pictures returned. Although we can't guarantee the safety of the pictures in the mail we do try to return all pictures in the same condition that we receive them. Will our photo look like one of the samples on your website? No, We customize each LilSweetHearts wedding photo to best suit the individual photos. We never drop faces into set templates. We are confident that our final product is of the highest quality available because each photo receives the individual attention of a photo artist. Can we choose our colors and background? Yes, you can. We can use any background you see on the site. We can also insert your background if you have a photo of a special place that you would like to use. Do the pictures need to be in Black and white? No. The pictures can be black and white, color or a combination of both. Do you send proofs before printing? Yes, we do. We want to make sure that you are delighted with the final product. Can we write our own wording? Your custom wording is welcome and there is no extra charge. How long does it take to get the invitations in our hands, once a proof is finalized? After the proof is finalized your invitations will ship within 2 weeks. Rush order processing is available for an extra charge. I can scan the pictures and send them in a jpg file, right? Or what other formats can you use? Is the original picture preferable?We can use jpg, gif, tiff, pdd, psd, mix….. Scans work very well as long as they are at least 300 dpi and clear. If you send us a scan and we think we can do better with the original we’ll tell you. After the wedding, can we send you an actual wedding picture to have you put on thank you notes? Sure. Not only can you, but we LOVE to see the wedding pictures.
